Rae Jenson and John Lawrence are professional Hypnotherapists and Instructors, working from our therapy centre near Linlithgow, West Lothian.

Established in 2000. We are highly skilled, with over twenty years experience of Clinical practice and teaching therapists.

We are regulated by CNHC. This means you can feel confident and safe in choosing us. We aim to offer you an honest, empathic and confidential service that you can rely on. 

What we do

We can help you with a variety of problems and with anything you want to improve. Sessions are available on Zoom or face to face in our comfortable therapy lounge. We use Hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT and other modern techniques to help you.

  • We are specialists in anxiety, phobias and fears, eating disorders, weight control and trauma.
  • We offer Process Based Supervision Sessions to Therapists.
  • We are an NCH and BIH Accredited Training School offering comprehensive Hypnotherapy Training.

Rae works on  Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays  and deals with General Hypnotherapy Practice, Eating Disorders, Weight Problems, Anxiety, Phobias, Interview Technique, Public Speaking, Stress and other issues. Rae also provides Supervision Sessions.

John carries out Supervision and Training.

 

Our Location

Our therapy centre is located near Linlithgow and the village of Blackness.

As long as you feel well and do not have a temperature or any other Coronavirus symptoms and are not living with anyone who is self isolating then you can attend for therapy.  However we are also able to offer therapy sessions over Zoom.

When attending for a session, when entering and leaving the therapy centre please sanitise your hands.

You will also be asked to give your consent for therapy to take place and for GDPR by text prior to your session.
